Erin's 5th Birthday!

The night before Erin dozed off with dreams of a fun-filled tea party Birthday!
She was so excited that she woke up early
No Time For A Nap!
Erin was a very grumpy Birthday Girl this year.
It was still a wonderful tea party with her friends and cousins!

Cousin Braxton and "cousin" Alexus (A.K.A Pickle) made the 3 hour trip from Moses Lake to attend the party.
We had two new chicks this year
that had lots of "socialization"
with all Erin's party guests!

Alexandra brought me eggs from the chicken coop all day long.
I finally asked, "Alex! How are you getting those hens to lay you so many eggs?"
Her Daddy, Kit, explained that she was taking the eggs as quick as the hens could lay them,
"Hey! I KNOW I had an egg there a minute ago...better lay ANOTHER ONE."
Some of the grown ups enjoyed the campfire while the kids explored the property.
